Compliance Analyst II (Fintech): Supporting compliance governance and oversight programs to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to federal and state regulations with an accent on consumer complaints and operations oversight. Location: Remote (Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is not available)
Salary: $88,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do
- Review and challenge internal responses to consumer complaints regarding credit reporting, disputes, bankruptcy, and fair lending.
- Analyze customer complaints to identify root causes and trends for product and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address compliance concerns and escalate to senior management.
- Assist with metrics reporting and process improvement initiatives.
- Support key compliance and risk management projects.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in Compliance, Enterprise/Operational Risk, or Audit within financial services, Fintech, or a regulatory agency.
- Must be based in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
- Strong project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Deep curiosity about fintech and consumer financial protections.
