Location: Remote (Must be based in Poland)

Salary: 149,000 zł - 179,000 zł per year

What you will do

  • Analyze activities and transactions to determine non-compliance or potentially suspicious behavior.
  • Investigate alerts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Execute ad-hoc project work and implement Financial Crime program enhancements.
  • Monitor and maintain alignment with current industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate complex regulations to business partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in BSA/AML, Sanctions, or KYC.
  • Must be based in Poland.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Snowflake, Excel, and visualization software (Looker, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of BSA/AML and Sanctions Program requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a financial services company.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CAMS, CFE, or CIA.
