What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end legal order process (LOP), including intake, assessment, and tracking of subpoenas, garnishments, and discovery orders.
• Review and issue-spot LOPs for escalation to in-house legal counsel.
• Prepare objections to legal orders and coordinate document productions while ensuring confidentiality and privilege.
• Provide backup support for customer disputes and litigation, including internal investigations and settlement agreement preparation.
• Assess and refine LOP playbooks and protocols to increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with collections, risk operations, and compliance teams to resolve escalated matters.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Extensive experience in legal order processing and litigation support.
• Strong ability to manage deadlines and negotiate extensions for legal responses.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in case management software and AI-assisted tools.
