What you will do

• Review advertising submissions, websites, and social media for compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations.
• Identify and address misleading or deceptive content in marketing materials.
• Serve as a compliance liaison for the marketing team and local offices.
• Maintain the advertising review process and ensure consistent documentation.
• Coordinate with the compliance team to archive digital assets via third-party systems.
• Escalate compliance concerns identified during the review process to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising review within the financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of SEC, FINRA, and DOL regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personnel data.
• Must be based in the United States.
