Salary: $100,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and solve technical issues during live broadcasts in control rooms, studios, and master control.
• Maintain and optimize cutting-edge broadcasting technology and workflows for 24/7 delivery.
• Analyze complex audio/video signal flows in SDI and IP 2110 environments.
• Act as an on-call engineer addressing support requests from production operations.
• Document resolutions and escalate critical issues to advanced support teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent experience supporting live television production environments.
• Knowledge of HDSDI, AES, MADI, AES67, Ravenna, and Dante formats.
• Experience with video production systems such as switchers, routers, and encoders/decoders.
• Understanding of TCP/IP protocols, computer networking, and storage infrastructures.
• Knowledge of virtualized systems, including VMs and Containers.
• Must be based in the office five days per week and be willing to work rotational shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Experience with Evertz products (Magnum, EXE, SDVN, VUE, VIP).
• Knowledge of SMPTE 2110 standards.
• Experience with Sony Production Switchers, VizRT, Ross, or Chyron.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience with Cloud and VM-based platforms.
