Salary: $125,000 - $165,000

What you will do

• Lead the planning and implementation of technical workflows for news and production teams.
• Oversee administration of media production applications, infrastructure, and critical facility systems.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance for Production Operations Specialists.
• Direct technical support and incident response operations to ensure high availability.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and broadcast regulations.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work full-time onsite in San Jose, CA.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in leadership.
• Expertise in media technology including SDI, NDI, ST-2110, and transmission systems.
• Strong background in core IT fundamentals, including cloud compute, storage, and networking.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
