Salary: $145,000 - $180,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead discipline-specific design efforts and serve as a trusted technical advisor for complex, multi-discipline projects.
• Manage project health, identify risks early, and ensure delivery is profitable and aligned with scope.
• Mentor and coach designers and engineers through design reviews and actionable feedback to improve project outcomes.
• Improve firmwide standards by contributing to documentation and authoring Pull Requests via GitHub.
• Cultivate client relationships and contribute to strategic pursuits and technical narratives to win new work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or equivalent technical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in AEC or professional services focusing on ICT, AV, or Acoustics.
• Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, and GitHub.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

• CTS-D (Audiovisual) certification.
• EIT or PE license.
• CDT or PMP certification.
