Salary: $99,100–$134,000 USD.

What you will do

• Collaborate with account executives and project teams to develop specifications, designs, and budgets.
• Conceptualize system designs for live performance solutions including audio, video, and stage lighting.
• Develop project estimates, Bills of Materials (BOM), and bid response submissions.
• Create SketchUp models to communicate concepts and serve as a basis for technical deliverables.
• Assist in maintaining long-term client partnerships and contribute to project profitability.
• Maintain industry expertise through ongoing training and review of trade publications.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 4+ years of professional live audio or video production experience.
• Demonstrated specialization in concert audio, broadcast video, or stage lighting.
• Understanding of TCP/IP routing, QoS, VLANs, and Wireless Access Points.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, Excel, and quoting tools like D-Tools or Jetbuilt.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes and architectural drawings.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of broadcast technology including SDI and SMPTE 2110 IP transport protocols.
• Experience with high-definition, UHD, and HDR video systems.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
