TL;DR

Brand Marketing Coordinator (Entertainment): Supporting the Fandango Brand Marketing team with tactical project management across multiple campaigns and initiatives with an accent on project coordination and creative asset management. Focus on driving brand campaigns from briefing to execution and maintaining operational efficiency within the entertainment ecosystem.

Location: Hybrid (Universal City, CA). Minimum of three days per week in office.

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Coordinate campaign deliverables, project milestones, and partner communications.
  • Manage brand and creative asset repositories, including delivery and organization.
  • Track topline brand measurement metrics and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain project timeline trackers and presentation pitch decks.
  • Provide support for events, activations, and social/owned channels.
  • Conduct research on competitive trends and industry news to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, entertainment, or account coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related discipline.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Universal City, CA (minimum 3 days/week in office).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Suite, and Keynote.
  • Understanding of theatrical film, OTT, streaming, and eCommerce markets.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a media/entertainment or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM or project management systems (Salesforce, Asana, Atlassian).
  • Experience using Miro and Canva.
