Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Universal City, California, contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week (M-Th)

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 yearly

What you will do

• Oversee creative asset management and tracking across organic and paid social campaigns for multiple films.
• Manage YouTube uploads and maintain media trackers via Airtable and group libraries such as Dropbox and Google Drive.
• Coordinate with internal dub rooms and external vendors to deliver materials to accurate specifications.
• Handle day-to-day asset requests, process invoices, and support budget tracking.
• Execute specialty creative requests, manage URL databases including DNS updates, and set up social media accounts for upcoming titles.
• Provide administrative support to the VP of Digital Marketing, including scheduling, agendas, and meeting notes.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing within the entertainment industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital video content.
• Experience with presentation tools such as Keynote and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong computer, writing, and technical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with video editing and familiarity with post-production workflows and file formats.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
