Location: Hybrid (Universal City, CA) - requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

What you will do

• Assist in developing marketing strategy briefs using data, consumer insights, and cultural analysis to define positioning and messaging.
• Maintain team organizational tools, including AirTable trackers and shared drives, to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage workback plans for deliverables and track the roadmap of upcoming shows and key projects.
• Source and synthesize background research, production updates, and performance data from internal and external systems.
• Liaise with internal teams (Brand, Media, Social, Research) and external agencies to ensure strategic alignment.
• Perform administrative duties such as meeting scheduling, agenda compilation, and note-taking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, promotions, or the entertainment/television industry.
• Must be based in or willing to work in Universal City, CA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on proactivity and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.
