TL;DR

AVP, Creative Technology & Enablement Leader (GenAI): Driving the adoption and integration of Generative AI technologies across creative workflows with an accent on training programs, use case development, and tool evaluation. Location: Hybrid (Alpharetta, GA). Must be based in the US and legally authorized to work in the US.

Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of a GenAI enablement strategy for creative automation and design systems.
  • Identify, coordinate, and deliver GenAI training and certification programs to build AI fluency across the team.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of GenAI use cases and pilot programs from ideation through evaluation and scaling.
  • Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to track tool usage, productivity gains, and adoption rates.
  • Continuously scan the AI landscape to evaluate and onboard emerging GenAI platforms and SaaS tools.
  • Champion change management and ethical AI adoption across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in AI enablement, innovation, or creative technology roles.
  • 2+ years of strong understanding of GenAI technologies (text-to-image, NLP, generative video/audio).
  • Proven track record of leading AI adoption, training, or tool onboarding in marketing or creative environments.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship provided.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
