What you will do

• Define and maintain a company-wide AI strategy aligned with business goals and long-term roadmaps.
• Own the AI initiative portfolio, including prioritization, sequencing, and resourcing for scalable solutions.
• Translate complex business problems into AI opportunities and drive pilots from concept to production.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Legal teams to embed AI into core workflows.
• Establish AI governance frameworks covering transparency, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Build internal AI literacy and influence a culture shift toward AI-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• 8 to 12+ years of experience in strategy, product, data, technology, or consulting roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI, data, or advanced analytics initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, generative AI, and data-driven systems.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at the executive level.
• Ability to establish governance frameworks for security and regulatory compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience in highly regulated or complex business environments.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and the LLM tooling ecosystem.
• Track record of managing AI vendor relationships and build vs. buy decisions.
• Exposure to payments, fintech, or vertical SaaS industries.
