What you will do

  • Lead high-impact transformation initiatives including process improvement and tool implementations.
  • Drive the evolution of revenue operations by integrating AI agentic workflows.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align objectives and remove blockers.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from requirements gathering to adoption tracking.
  • Experiment with and implement AI tools to eliminate manual processes and enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, revenue operations, or go-to-market functions.
  • Proven track record of delivering IT projects or business transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience building AI workflows or solving business problems with AI tools.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
  • Must be based in New York and able to work in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales and revenue tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, or Gong.
  • Background in PMO or formal project management methodologies.
  • Exposure to change management in high-growth environments.
