What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams of software engineers and data scientists delivering GenAI solutions.
• Guide the design of scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI-powered systems.
• Set the technical roadmap and optimize AI solutions for performance, cost, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Establish best practices for responsible AI, including testing, guardrails, and monitoring.
• Provide architectural guidance and perform code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Python and modern software engineering (CI/CD, testing, version control).
• Proven experience designing end-to-end AI systems and scaling RAG pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of GenAI, agentic frameworks, and vector databases.
• Experience with LLMOps, cloud platforms, containers, and observability tools.
• Proficiency in fine-tuning, model adaptation, and ML/NLP frameworks.
• Must have US work authorization without requiring sponsorship.
