Salary: $220,000 - $270,000

What you will do
- Lead the Data Governance Office, managing governance processes, stewardship models, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Define and manage the roadmap for enterprise capabilities including data discovery, classification, lineage, privacy, and AI governance.
- Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Information Security to establish governance policies, standards, and monitoring practices.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data Product teams to integrate governance throughout the data lifecycle.
- Establish oversight and review controls for AI-enabled systems, focusing on data usage and traceability.
- Define and report on program maturity, data quality, and policy adherence metrics to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, data governance, data management, or privacy leadership roles.
- Experience building enterprise data governance programs within regulated or complex operating environments.
- Proficiency with enterprise governance platforms such as Securiti.ai, Collibra, Alation, Informatica, OneTrust, or BigID.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
