What you will do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive implementation guides, integration documentation, and technical best practices for fraud solutions.
• Oversee defect management processes, security vulnerability tracking, and platform configuration requirements for client integrations.
• Manage out-of-the-box assets, data models, and business terms libraries to ensure alignment with industry specifications.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for Professional Services, providing configuration guidance and conducting product handover sessions.
• Support sales opportunities by defining POC strategies, managing environment provisioning, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Extensive experience in enterprise software product management with deep expertise in retail bank fraud management strategy.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex requirements between non-technical and technical audiences.
• Proven background in developing MRDs, PRDs, and managing software project lifecycles.
• Experience with pricing, contract negotiation, and product roadmap development.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to corporate executives, sales, and engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment card fraud systems, mobile banking, or merchant fraud prevention.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and Jira.
• MBA degree.
