People Operations Generalist (AI)

Location: Boston or remote; United States work authorization required

Base salary: $170,000–$180,000 annually, plus a variable bonus of $40,000–$50,000, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and continuously improve onboarding from offer acceptance through ramp.
• Create an employee hub with accessible People information and resources.
• Develop People policies, documentation, operating infrastructure, and self-service tools.
• Identify gaps across the employee lifecycle and prioritize what to build, improve, or remove.
• Use AI and automation to simplify People programs and reduce administrative work.
• Partner with the VP of People on programs, experiments, and execution across the company.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States; Videa participates in E-Verify.
• Strong systems-thinking skills and the ability to identify underlying problems.
• Hands-on experience using AI to build, automate, or fundamentally improve workflows.
• Ability to build systems and processes from zero and operate independently.
• Strong product instincts, with a focus on intuitive and useful employee experiences.
• Relevant People exposure; previous People Operations experience is helpful but not required.
