Location: New York City office (with some hybrid flexibility)

Salary: $86,000–$129,000/year (pay range at start of employment); expected OTE $95,000–$143,000/year

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time HR business partner experience working with leaders across all aspects of an organization (SaaS or other industries).
• Strong understanding of human resources best practices, employment law, and employee relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic influencing mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
