People Business Partner (HR Business Partner): Provide hands-on strategic and tactical HR support to senior leaders and drive people strategy across assigned departments with an accent on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee relations. Location: New York City office (with some hybrid flexibility)
Salary: $86,000–$129,000/year (pay range at start of employment); expected OTE $95,000–$143,000/year

- Provide full-spectrum strategic and tactical support to business leaders.
- Partner with leaders on talent planning, leadership development priorities, and succession plans.
- Drive people strategy through workforce planning and organizational design/structure.
- Advise employees on career goals and improve working relationships through a consultative approach.
- Lead impactful, company-wide initiatives and projects.
- Mentor and develop junior teammates through shadowing, coaching, and proactive development opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time HR business partner experience working with leaders across all aspects of an organization (SaaS or other industries).
- Strong understanding of human resources best practices, employment law, and employee relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strategic influencing mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
