Location: Onsite in Arlington, VA (1801 S Bell).

What you will do

  • Partner with business unit leadership to develop talent strategies that support product growth and innovation.
  • Drive continuous development and foster a culture of feedback to grow top talent and future leaders.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to attract and retain high-quality talent.
  • Proactively address employee relations matters to mitigate risk to the organization.
  • Serve as a champion for change and continuous improvement by identifying operational efficiencies.
  • Provide strategic consultation and coaching to leaders and employees across all levels.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an HR business partner, generalist, or labor relations role.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of employment and labor laws.
  • Experience administering performance management programs and linking pay to performance.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to build trust and credibility with leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • PHR or SPHR designation.
  • Experience supporting Sales, Product, or Content teams.
