TL;DR

Site HR Manager (HRBP): Acting as a primary liaison between HR functions and site leadership to support employee culture, performance management, and organizational initiatives. Focus on fostering alignment with company policies, facilitating site-specific HR programs, and providing strategic guidance to managers across multiple U.S. locations.

Location: Must be based in or near Burlington, VT, with quarterly travel to Rochester and Minnetonka, MN, and annual travel to Santa Clara, CA.

Salary: $124,200–$183,820 per annum

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for site employees and managers, acting as the eyes and ears of the HR team.
  • Partner with site leaders to deploy HR initiatives, interpret employee survey results, and support executive site visits.
  • Guide managers in addressing performance and behavioral concerns while collaborating with HR Business Partners.
  • Ensure site activities and culture align with company standards, HR policies, and legal compliance.
  • Facilitate HR communications, annual benefits enrollment, and training workshops.
  • Travel quarterly to Minnesota sites to engage with local teams and provide on-site HR support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Workday HCM.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a matrixed HR organization.
  • Ability to travel quarterly to Minnesota and annually to California.
