Site HR Manager (HRBP): Acting as a primary liaison between HR functions and site leadership to support employee culture, performance management, and organizational initiatives. Location: Must be based in or near Burlington, VT, with quarterly travel to Rochester and Minnetonka, MN, and annual travel to Santa Clara, CA.
Salary: $124,200–$183,820 per annum

What you will do
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for site employees and managers, acting as the eyes and ears of the HR team.
- Partner with site leaders to deploy HR initiatives, interpret employee survey results, and support executive site visits.
- Guide managers in addressing performance and behavioral concerns while collaborating with HR Business Partners.
- Ensure site activities and culture align with company standards, HR policies, and legal compliance.
- Facilitate HR communications, annual benefits enrollment, and training workshops.
- Travel quarterly to Minnesota sites to engage with local teams and provide on-site HR support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Workday HCM.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a matrixed HR organization.
- Ability to travel quarterly to Minnesota and annually to California.
