What you will do

• Develop complex package designs and testing criteria to meet established requirements.
• Provide recommendations for product protection based on manufacturing, cost, and compliance needs (ESD, moisture, chemicals).
• Generate and document packaging drawings, BOMs, and SAP instructions across factories.
• Create flexible packaging solutions and develop comprehensive label guides.
• Support Marketing and secondary contract packaging sites with documentation and test reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Packaging Engineering.
• English fluency (minimum TOEIC score required).
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling with Solidworks and GD&T.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Teparuk, Thailand.
• Capability to analyze large datasets and work cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Finite element analysis (FEA) experience using Ansys.
• Six Sigma or statistics experience.
• Hands-on experience with expanded foam cushion, pallet design, thermoform, or injection-molded plastics.
• Familiarity with ASTM and ISTA packaging test standards.
