What you will do

• Manage operations, maintenance, and repairs for facility electrical systems including HV switchgear and transformers.
• Lead and oversee projects related to new builds, upgrades, and improvements of facility infrastructure.
• Supervise onsite contractors to ensure equipment and facilities operate according to industry standards.
• Develop and document rigorous preventative maintenance procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain equipment performance records and conduct engineering analysis for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with international standards including ISO9001, ISO14001, and local regulations.

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in both Thai and English to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and project cost estimation.
• Ability to plan, execute, and control facility projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Relevant experience in environmental systems within semiconductor facilities.
• Professional Practice License.
• Strong presentation skills.
