What you will do

• Lead the metrology and characterization strategy for advanced HGA process development to ensure accurate feature measurement.
• Develop measurement approaches for key KPIVs and KPOVs to understand process performance and variation.
• Operate and advance lab-based characterization tools, providing high-quality data to process engineers.
• Establish data correlation between different measurement techniques and tools for consistency and reliability.
• Partner with process architects and global engineering teams to align measurement capabilities with process requirements.
• Drive data analysis approaches to link measurement results to process behavior and performance.

Requirements

• Background in metrology, materials characterization, or precision measurement within engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with lab-based characterization tools (optical, mechanical, electrical, or surface analysis).
• Deep understanding of measurement fundamentals, including accuracy, repeatability, and correlation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
• Proficiency in English for effective collaboration with global teams.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at the Teparuk facility in Thailand.
