What you will do

• Monitor and evaluate process performance, troubleshoot issues, and report results.
• Develop, improve, and optimize processes to enhance quality and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Support technology and process transfer from development teams in the USA and Thailand.
• Contribute to company objectives through detailed documentation and technical reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Materials Science, Physics, or related disciplines.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage conflicting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Must be based in or able to work at the Korat facility in Thailand.

Nice to have

• Experience in cleanroom process engineering.
• Familiarity with vacuum technologies.
