Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Define and optimize procedures for smooth production lot processing.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures, including operator training.
• Lead root cause analysis for defects and yield losses and provide disposition for quality-affected lots.
• Support new product introduction, process qualification, and change management.
• Analyze production data and collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement and cost reduction.
• Qualify new materials and support continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of semiconductor process engineering experience.
• Experience with wafer saw (dicing), standard backgrind, or dicing before grinding (DBG) processes.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control and process validation is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools.
