What you will do

• Define and optimize production procedures to ensure smooth lot processing.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and conduct operator training.
• Lead root cause analysis for defects and yield losses.
• Provide disposition on lots with quality issues.
• Support new product introduction and process qualification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost reduction and process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electronic engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in back grind or pre-assembly processes.
• Proven track record in optimizing manufacturing processes using Lean Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in 10K cleanroom operations and backend power semiconductor processes.
• Strong skills in SPC tools, Cpk analysis, and DoE techniques.
• In-depth understanding of semiconductor failure analysis.
