Senior Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing a portfolio of commercial accounts across the Americas with an accent on proactive account expansion and value-based discovery. Location: Remote (United States)
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 USD plus commission

What you will do
- Own and manage a portfolio of commercial customer accounts across the Americas region.
- Proactively identify and drive expansion opportunities, including upsells and cross-sells.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans involving stakeholder mapping and whitespace analysis.
- Lead discovery conversations and deliver tailored product demonstrations to technical and executive audiences.
- Engage with VP- and C-level stakeholders to position the company as a strategic partner.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to ensure renewal and expansion success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or quota-carrying SaaS roles.
- Proven track record of driving expansion within existing accounts.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to deliver effective product demos.
- Confidence and credibility engaging with VP- and C-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and structured account planning.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting commercial or mid-market customers.
- Familiarity with DevOps, incident response, cybersecurity, or open-source software.
- Experience navigating complex buying processes involving IT, security, and procurement.
