TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing a portfolio of commercial accounts across the Americas with an accent on proactive account expansion and value-based discovery. Focus on driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, executing strategic account plans, and delivering product demonstrations to executive stakeholders.

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 USD plus commission

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of commercial customer accounts across the Americas region.
  • Proactively identify and drive expansion opportunities, including upsells and cross-sells.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans involving stakeholder mapping and whitespace analysis.
  • Lead discovery conversations and deliver tailored product demonstrations to technical and executive audiences.
  • Engage with VP- and C-level stakeholders to position the company as a strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to ensure renewal and expansion success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or quota-carrying SaaS roles.
  • Proven track record of driving expansion within existing accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to deliver effective product demos.
  • Confidence and credibility engaging with VP- and C-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and structured account planning.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting commercial or mid-market customers.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, incident response, cybersecurity, or open-source software.
  • Experience navigating complex buying processes involving IT, security, and procurement.
