What you will do

• Design and develop hydraulic components and system architectures to meet performance and cost targets.
• Lead the selection and integration of valves, cylinders, pumps, motors, and fluid routing systems.
• Validate system performance through simulation, physical testing, and field validation activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, and supply chain teams to ensure robust solutions.
• Partner with suppliers to define technical requirements and resolve design or quality issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve durability and performance issues to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Materials Science discipline.
• Progressive professional engineering experience in hydraulic systems.
• Strong knowledge of DFM/DFA and APQP principles.
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week in Mossville, IL.
• Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.
