What you will do

• Translate technical insights from customer engagements into innovative, scalable technical solutions for SLT and Storage platforms.
• Develop application solutions through onsite visits, technical reviews, and joint debug sessions to enhance product performance.
• Define and communicate system architectures for static electromechanical systems with integrated automation.
• Own and drive the thermal architecture for complex SLT subsystems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through technical guidance, project scheduling, and change management.
• Support sales activities through technical input during presentations and product demonstrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (M.S. or Ph.D. preferred).
• 10-15 years of experience designing mechanical automation systems with integrated thermal solutions.
• Strong fundamentals in machine design, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and thermal system design.
• Required experience with motion control or automation systems.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% - 30%.

Nice to have

• Thermal/Power Test experience on any platform.
• Experience with liquid cooling systems and high-power electronics.
• Proficiency with thermal simulation tools such as CFD and FEA.
