What you will do

• Supervise and develop a team including Sustaining Engineers, a Sr. Designer, and a Compliance Engineer.
• Manage and prioritize Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Product Improvement processes.
• Oversee impacts to BOM, drawings, operations, and marketing to improve accuracy and productivity.
• Administer CAD systems and provide SolidWorks setup guidance.
• Drive operational success through the implementation of metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering Design and Manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Blauvelt, NY (Monday – Friday).
