What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Workday HCM modules, focusing on Absence Management and Global Time Tracking.
- Manage high-volume data uploads and complex transformations as the internal SME for Workday EIBs.
- Support and enhance the broader ecosystem, including Talent, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Core HCM.
- Build and maintain complex Calculated Fields, Matrix Reports, and Dashboards for leadership data insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize the People Systems roadmap for global impact.
- Develop best-in-class documentation and conduct global training sessions on system best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration.
- Proven track record of configuring Absence Management in a global environment with knowledge of statutory requirements.
- Advanced skills in building and executing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
- High-level domain knowledge of EMEA labor laws and payroll integration touchpoints.
- Mastery of Reporting, Security, and Calculated Fields.
- Must be based in New York and able to work from the office four days a week.
