What you will do

• Architect and configure complex Workday Benefits plans including health, welfare, and retirement programs.
• Lead full lifecycle Workday implementations from discovery and design to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Design complex eligibility rules, life event processing, and payroll deduction configurations.
• Manage carrier and vendor integrations while ensuring ACA and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Payroll, HCM, and Absence teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
• Provide post-production support and continuous improvement recommendations for system design.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Minimum of 8 years of Workday experience with deep specialization in Benefits.
• Workday Benefits Certification is required.
• Consulting implementation experience including leading full lifecycle deployments.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. health, welfare, and retirement plans.
