AVP, Workday People Systems (ERP): Leading the People Systems team to define, deliver, and optimize Voya’s HR technology ecosystem with an accent on Workday platform management, AI-enablement, and cross-functional process automation. Focus on architecting scalable solutions, managing complex HR technology roadmaps, and providing strategic leadership for both onshore and offshore teams.

Location: Must be based in Atlanta, GA

Salary: $170,000 - $210,000

What you will do

  • Lead the People Systems team in refining the long-term HR technology roadmap and identifying opportunities for AI-enablement.
  • Facilitate the HR Technology Council to drive decision-making and ensure alignment across HR, IT, and Legal departments.
  • Provide direct leadership and mentoring for onshore team members while overseeing offshore resources.
  • Architect scalable Workday solutions and demonstrate design alternatives through prototyping and scenario modeling.
  • Manage semi-annual Workday feature releases, including testing, change management, and adoption strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement standard governance, controls, and data security practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Workday functional delivery or advisory experience across multiple modules.
  • 5+ years of experience in people or team leadership roles, including managing blended onshore/offshore delivery models.
  • Deep knowledge of Workday data structures, reporting, security, and configuration best practices.
  • Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and lead enterprise-level initiatives from inception to deployment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 10 years).
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional dependencies and end-to-end HR processes.
