Salary: $170,000 - $210,000

What you will do
- Lead the People Systems team in refining the long-term HR technology roadmap and identifying opportunities for AI-enablement.
- Facilitate the HR Technology Council to drive decision-making and ensure alignment across HR, IT, and Legal departments.
- Provide direct leadership and mentoring for onshore team members while overseeing offshore resources.
- Architect scalable Workday solutions and demonstrate design alternatives through prototyping and scenario modeling.
- Manage semi-annual Workday feature releases, including testing, change management, and adoption strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement standard governance, controls, and data security practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Workday functional delivery or advisory experience across multiple modules.
- 5+ years of experience in people or team leadership roles, including managing blended onshore/offshore delivery models.
- Deep knowledge of Workday data structures, reporting, security, and configuration best practices.
- Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and lead enterprise-level initiatives from inception to deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 10 years).
- Strong understanding of cross-functional dependencies and end-to-end HR processes.
