What you will do

• Conduct QA/QC reviews for substation design packages, focusing on physical design and protective relaying.
• Prepare engineering calculations and deliverables for complex high-voltage substation projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff to develop project execution depth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary leads and clients to identify and accommodate key project drivers.
• Oversee budget, schedule, and quality requirements for assigned engineering tasks.
• Support continuous improvement and change management efforts within the substation quality management group.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognized accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience in substation design (Physical and/or Protection & Controls).
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, including background checks and drug screens.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) License.
