What you will do

• Serve as the primary SME for benefits programs across the US, Canada, and LATAM.
• Lead governance and annual activities for retirement plans, including 401(k) and RRSP reconciliations and non-discrimination testing.
• Manage benefits communications and content across intranet and employee portals.
• Oversee regional compliance, develop annual reporting calendars, and implement risk controls.
• Coordinate with Payroll on HSA/FSA funding, reconcile vendor invoices, and support HRIS integrations.
• Analyze cost trends and utilization data to provide actionable insights for leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in benefits administration, compliance, and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement plans (401(k), RRSP).
• Proven experience with reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Must be based in or able to work from Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid - 4 days/week).

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
• Background supporting multi-country benefits programs across the Americas.
• Professional certifications such as CBP or CEBS.
