Location: Must be based in the USA (Arlington, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, or Miami). Remote, hybrid, or onsite options available.
Salary: $30 - $38 per hour

What you will do
- Administer global benefit plans and programs, focusing on US regulatory compliance and administration.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless benefits management.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for US employee benefits queries, providing accurate information.
- Analyze benefits data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making and trend identification.
- Manage self-funding plans and oversee time off, ADA, and leave programs (LOA).
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Benefits management.
- Proficiency in Workday Benefits/HRIS.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Must have authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Flexibility to collaborate across US, EMEA, and APJ time zones.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field.
- Experience working within software and tech companies.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Jira, or Coupa.
- Experience assisting with benefits budget management in the US.
