TL;DR

Benefits Analyst (HR): Administering global benefit plans and programs with an accent on US-based plans and regulatory compliance. Focus on analyzing benefits data, managing self-funding plans, and optimizing the employee experience through Workday.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Arlington, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, or Miami). Remote, hybrid, or onsite options available.

Salary: $30 - $38 per hour

What you will do

  • Administer global benefit plans and programs, focusing on US regulatory compliance and administration.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless benefits management.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for US employee benefits queries, providing accurate information.
  • Analyze benefits data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making and trend identification.
  • Manage self-funding plans and oversee time off, ADA, and leave programs (LOA).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Benefits management.
  • Proficiency in Workday Benefits/HRIS.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Must have authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Flexibility to collaborate across US, EMEA, and APJ time zones.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field.
  • Experience working within software and tech companies.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Jira, or Coupa.
  • Experience assisting with benefits budget management in the US.
