What you will do

• Own day-to-day administration of US benefits programs including enrollments and life events.
• Partner with Payroll, HR Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate deductions and data reconciliation.
• Coordinate leave programs including FMLA, parental, and disability leave in compliance with regulations.
• Manage 401(k) plan administration, including contributions and vendor coordination.
• Support the establishment of an independent benefits structure and identify automation opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefits queries and education.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with experience supporting multi-state employee populations.
• Proven experience administering US benefits programs in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of US benefits regulations including ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, PFML, and Section 125.
• Strong proficiency with HRIS and benefits platforms such as ADP, Workday, or UKG.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and reconciliation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex benefits information.
