What you will do

• Program manage employee benefits offerings and partner with vendors to drive utilization and improve employee experience.
• Conduct bi-weekly New Hire Benefits Orientations via Zoom.
• Resolve escalated benefits issues and provide support to employees, HRBPs, and managers.
• Manage invoices, payments, and data relative to premiums, claims, and costs.
• Organize on-site events and Zoom meetings to help employees maximize the value of benefit programs.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements to streamline benefits operations and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of experience within a Benefits function at large global organizations.
• Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) including Copilot.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate analysis.
• Experience translating business processes into AI/automation opportunities using tools like Power Automate.
