What you will do

• Serve as the primary Workday HCM subject matter expert for configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and IT to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage the HRIS change management process, including request intake, testing, and UAT.
• Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate and implement emerging HR technologies, including AI-powered tools and digital adoption platforms.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal role.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, and Security.
• Proven experience leading large-scale HRIS projects in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ITSM systems like ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR and SOX.
• Practical experience with Generative AI or LLMs applied to HR use cases.
• Experience with digital adoption platforms like WalkMe.
