Salary: $138,840–$208,000 per annum

What you will do
- Serve as the primary Workday HCM subject matter expert for configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and IT to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
- Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage the HRIS change management process, including request intake, testing, and UAT.
- Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Evaluate and implement emerging HR technologies, including AI-powered tools and digital adoption platforms.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal role.
- Deep expertise in Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, and Security.
- Proven experience leading large-scale HRIS projects in a global, matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with ITSM systems like ServiceNow or JIRA.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR and SOX.
- Practical experience with Generative AI or LLMs applied to HR use cases.
- Experience with digital adoption platforms like WalkMe.
