TL;DR
IT Support and Applications Specialist (SaaS): Managing internal IT infrastructure, endpoints, and business applications for a growing GovTech company with an accent on SaaS administration and employee lifecycle support. Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Tampa, Florida (office attendance 2-3 days per week)
Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 USD

What you will do
- Administer and support core SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Monday.com
- Provision and support macOS and Windows laptops throughout the employee lifecycle
- Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and device recovery
- Troubleshoot office network connectivity, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and DNS
- Administer and support AI productivity tools like Google Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT
- Support security and SOC 2 compliance through access reviews and device patching
Requirements
- Experience supporting mid-sized environments with 300+ users
- Hands-on expertise with both macOS and Windows endpoints
- Experience with IAM/SSO platforms such as JumpCloud, Okta, or Azure AD
- Working knowledge of networking basics (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS)
- Must be based in Tampa, FL, and able to work in-office 2-3 days per week
Nice to have
- Exposure to scripting or automation using Bash, PowerShell, or Python
- Strong familiarity with AI productivity platforms
