Salary: $95,500–$177,300 per year

What you will do

  • Build and execute the event and experience strategy for the Pool business to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Manage end-to-end event planning, including site selection, contract negotiation, logistics, and on-site execution.
  • Direct the strategy for branded merchandise and customer appreciation items across all audiences.
  • Establish measurement frameworks to track KPIs, ROI, and budget performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align event messaging and lead generation tactics.
  • Lead and develop the event team while managing vendor and agency relationships.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Charlotte, NC
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience producing high-quality events (50–5,000 attendees).
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in event management.
  • Strong skills in contract negotiation, budget management, and vendor relations.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including global travel and potential weekend work.
