Salary: $120,000–$135,000

What you will do

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned first-party and third-party events.
  • Manage operational requirements, including timelines, logistics, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Communications, and Sales to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish clear objectives for each event and communicate results to key stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends to advance the company's events strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, event operations, or equivalent.
  • Experience managing event registration, event management systems, and vendor relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of professionalism, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel up to 15%.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
