Salary: $20–$23/hr

What you will do

• Provide live, face-to-face technical support for video and audio during depositions.
• Operate Zoom and hirify.global Connect platforms with a concierge mindset.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time for legal professionals.
• Ensure clients have necessary support before, during, and after depositions.
• Collaborate with the Vid-Squad to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in one of the specified US states.
• Minimum 20 hours of availability per week, Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm PST.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Zoom or video conferencing tools.
• At least 6 months of remote work experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
