What you will do
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers with enthusiasm and care.
- Process service requests, including adding/removing vehicles and drivers and managing lienholder information.
- Provide detailed answers regarding insurance policy coverages and policy benefits.
- Actively find solutions for customers at risk of cancellation to improve retention.
- Collaborate with 55+ insurance carrier partners to facilitate policy changes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
- Passionate about helping others and providing high-quality support.
- Must be based in the United States.
