Salary: $19 – $21 per hour

What you will do

  • Respond to inbound calls from existing customers with enthusiasm and care.
  • Process service requests, including adding/removing vehicles and drivers and managing lienholder information.
  • Provide detailed answers regarding insurance policy coverages and policy benefits.
  • Actively find solutions for customers at risk of cancellation to improve retention.
  • Collaborate with 55+ insurance carrier partners to facilitate policy changes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Passionate about helping others and providing high-quality support.
  • Must be based in the United States.
