What you will do
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests from customers.
- Provide training and troubleshooting support for assistive technology products.
- Document all interactions accurately in the call center database.
- Arrange product repairs and update customer demographic information.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Must be available for shift hours: Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm EST.
- High School diploma required; Associate Degree in Information or Computer Science preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Windows navigation and MS Office (Word, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain composure and adapt communication style in stressful situations.
Nice to have
- Previous call center experience.
- Familiarity with database applications and relational databases.
- Experience with Win CE operating systems.
