TL;DR
Technical Support Engineer (LegalTech): Delivering high-quality technical support for enterprise software solutions with an accent on troubleshooting complex system issues and managing customer cases. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Raleigh, NC (Hybrid: 3 days/week on-site)

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end customer cases, including intake, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Reproduce reported issues in lab environments to isolate root causes.
- Perform real-time support sessions via phone, screen share, or chat.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to escalate defects and platform risks.
- Contribute to the internal Knowledge Base by creating and updating technical documentation.
- Participate in rotating shifts and on-call support to assist global customers.
Requirements
- Must reside within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC
- Ability to work on-site at least three days per week
- 1-3 years of experience in technical product support, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across OS, networking, and databases
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and integration
- Proficiency in case management systems like Salesforce/ServiceCloud
Nice to have
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MB-910, MB-920, MB-230)
- Experience in legal tech or document lifecycle software
- Familiarity with SQL, scripting, and cloud/SaaS architecture
