Location: Must be based in the continental US. Required availability: Mon–Fri 10:00–18:30 EST, Tue–Fri 12:00–20:30 EST, and Sat 11:00–19:30 EST.
Salary: $55,000–$60,000

What you will do
- Deliver personalized support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Address customer challenges effectively via phone, email, and text
- Develop deep product expertise to assist users with business management tools
- Collaborate with the team to achieve acquisition and retention goals
- Improve support resources including macros and help center documentation
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within SaaS
- Proven record of meeting performance standards and driving satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to different styles
- Must be based in the continental US and available for assigned EST hours
- Strong team-player mindset and self-starter attitude
