What you will do

  • Execute priority initiatives and project delivery to support category and customer segment strategies.
  • Manage defined product launches and programs, coordinating timelines and stakeholders to ensure adoption.
  • Translate customer feedback and VOC summaries into actionable positioning and GTM plans.
  • Support sales enablement by creating and deploying tools, content, and plays aligned with market needs.
  • Track and assess ROI of marketing initiatives using performance signals and qualitative feedback.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Legal, and Finance to execute the Flow portfolio strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B or product marketing, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven ability to own and deliver end-to-end projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as SFDC.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on strategic marketing capability.
