Salary: $75,000–$90,000

What you will do

  • Develop attendee marketing and go-to-market strategies for multiple event portfolios.
  • Create and refine attendee value propositions, including ticket pricing and product features.
  • Design retention and acquisition strategies to maximize lifetime value and attract new audiences.
  • Optimize the attendee journey from acquisition to onsite experience.
  • Leverage intelligence and analytics to inform segmentation, targeting, and KPI reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand, operations, and strategic insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in attendee or product marketing.
  • Expertise in value proposition development and GTM strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills in forecasting, segmentation, and KPI reporting.
  • Must be based in Irving, Texas.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder influence.

Nice to have

  • Interest in behavioral science techniques.
  • Experience applying AI tools to enhance marketing strategies.
