Location: Must be located by any U.S. hirify.global office (Hybrid)

Salary: $102,400 - $115,200

What you will do

  • Define target audiences, craft product positioning, and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, launches, and campaigns to drive product adoption.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to develop sales tools, collateral, and training materials.
  • Analyze campaign performance, client feedback, and market trends to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Champion the voice of the customer to inform product, marketing, and sales decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or product marketing.
  • Prior experience in a business-to-business (B2B) marketing organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills to translate product info into compelling messages.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the real estate industry or enterprise software.
  • Experience hosting webinars or speaking at client-facing events.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Suite and Figma.
  • Proficiency with CRM or website CMS platforms.
